IHRS was formed in 2015 by Sharon Nineham a qualified HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in senior HR roles across the public, private and corporate sectors. Sharon has a degree along with being a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

This service provides HR advice and guidance as and when required on a pay as you go basis. The type of work could range from a phone call for some advice through to being present at staff meetings such as disciplinary’s and grievances or supporting the recruitment process.

Project work includes one off pieces of work such as reviewing/writing staff handbooks, producing contracts of employment, providing an exit interview service, supporting with a piece of recruitment or training, drafting letters and producing contracts, policies and procedures.
What you will get:
IHRS can design and deliver training that is tailored to your organisation and the audience receiving the training. This includes Employment law, GDPR, interview and selection, performance management and how to manage sickness absence or specific training related to your organisation. This work is undertaken as a project and will be priced taking into account your retainer fee (if you have purchased a retained service) and based on your requirements at the time.
We can produce documentation such as Employee Handbooks, Employment Contracts, Policies, new starter packs and any other documentation you may require. All documentation is bespoke and tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
